Report Lost or Stolen CardsIf your Visa card is lost or stolen, please call Member Service immediately at 888-436-1847. To have a new Visa card issued, please note that you must call during regular branch business hours. Members can also report a lost or stolen Visa card at one of our branches or online by logging on to online banking, clicking on "Member Services" and choosing the appropriate menu item.In addition, you should contact all credit reporting agencies if your credit or debit cards or contents of your wallet are lost or stolen.
