At Northeast Credit Union (NECU), we want to help members keep personal information safe and secure. We’ve teamed up with GenGold^®one of the nation’s premier membership programs, to provide you with Identity Theft Protection and Restoration services.

This service enables you to protect your identity and help to prevent criminals from attempting to compromise your credit and personal information by:

Setting fraud alerts to take precautionary measures against fraudulent activity
Reducing junk mail for up to 5 years
Ordering free credit reports every four months
Organizing credit card & personal information
Activating Identity Restoration Service to assist in restoring your credit and good name

If you do become a victim of identity theft, the GenGold^® team of legal representatives will work with you to complete and file all paperwork needed to restore your credit.

Identity Theft Protection & Security Center helps to protect each member’s identity that has registered and activated their “Identity Theft Protection & Security Center” benefits.
