At Northeast Credit Union (NECU), we want to help members keep personal information safe and secure. We’ve teamed up with Benefits Plus® one of the nation’s premier membership programs, to provide you with Identity Theft Protection and Restoration services.
This service enables you to protect your identity and help to prevent criminals from attempting to compromise your credit and personal information by:
- Setting fraud alerts to take precautionary measures against fraudulent activity
- Reducing junk mail for up to 5 years
- Ordering free credit reports every four months
- Organizing credit card & personal information
- Activating Identity Restoration Service to assist in restoring your credit and good name
If you do become a victim of identity theft, the Benefits Plus® team of legal representatives will work with you to complete and file all paperwork needed to restore your credit.
