Automated calls requesting credit/debit card information


Members are reporting that they are receiving automated calls on their cell phones asking for credit/debit card information. The calls request full 16 digit card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code on the back, and their pin number. These calls appear to be generic in nature and not specifically referencing Northeast Credit Union. It has also been reported that the calls seem to be coming from the following phone number on call id: 000-000-0000.
