New to GenGold^® --Explore the options

Current Members:
GenGold^® members will be required to have a Username and Password to enter the new GenGold^® site.



How To Request Your Password:




Step 1: When you click “Request Password” you will be asked to enter your name, Northeast Credit Union, and a valid email address which will be used as your Username.

Step 2: You then click on “submit” to request your password. The password will be immediately generated and sent back to the email address provided. Once you log in, the password can be changed to one of your choosing.

Exceptions:

A) Members who already have a username and password for the Identity Theft Protection & Security Center program will be able to use the same credentials for their secure website login. Before the password protection goes into effect, they will receive an email message informing them that their credentials for the website are the same. They will NOT have to request a new username and password.

B) Members who do not have an email address or who do not wish to share their email address will be prompted to call 1.800.428.6686. They will be issued a Username and Password.

Non-GenGold Members:

Due to the significant discounts and benefits available for GenGold^® members, a secure login is required to take advantage of these offers. Non-GenGold^® members will have limited access to review the GenGold^® website by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the “Explore GenGold^®” link. This site will provide Non-GenGold^® members an overview of the program and the ability to see the services and benefits from the pull down menus but not the ability to access benefits, order services, or complete registration forms.

Step 2: The Non-GenGold^® member will be able to complete a form to request enrollment and/or additional information. Once this request is received it will be passed on to the appropriate department for follow up and action.
