*The eChecking account is a variable rate account of 2.16% (2.18% Annual Percentage Yield [APY], as of 2/01/09) on balances of $0 to $25,000. A variable rate of 0.35% with an APY of 0.35% (effective as of 2/01/09) applies to all balances $25,000.01 and over. These variable rates may change after the account is opened. Our dividends are calculated day of deposit to day of withdrawal; compounded and paid on the last day of the month. If a member does not maintain active (active is defined as having used CyberPay in the last 3 months) CyberPay, eStatements, direct deposit or make a minimum of 10 purchases per month using their NECU debit card, the checking account will revert to Northeast Checking.
