How long does it take to receive an ATM, VISA Debit Card or VISA Credit Card in the mail?

Why won't my ATM, VISA Debit Card or VISA Credit Card work?


There are a number of reasons why your card may not work. The strip on the back may have been demagnetized and a new card needs to be ordered. If it is a new card, you must call and get it activated before use. If there are not enough funds available in your account, or a deposit has not yet posted, your card may not work. In any of these cases, please stop by or contact Member Service at 1-603-436-1847 or 1-888-436-1847 during business hours or email: memberservices@necu.org.
