Save yourself the worry of paying your bills on time with NECU's free online bill payment service, CyberPay. Utility bills, gas bills, credit cards -- pay 'em all from the comfort and convenience of your own computer.

To enjoy the convenience of CyberPay, you must have CyberTel access. Follow these easy steps:

1. Contact a Member Service Representative 1.888.436.1847 to sign up for CyberTel.
2. Once you have CyberTel access, log into your Account Snapshot.
3. Choose "Statement/Bill Pay." Select "Bill Pay, then "Sign Up." Once you have read    and agreed with the disclosures, select "continue."

4. A sequence of boxes will display to enter mother's maiden name, email address and    phone number on file. If each is correct, select "submit."
5. Congratulations! Your CyberPay account will now be created.  You can use your    account within 1-2 business days of signing up.

ePay - Log In

In addition to Online Banking (CyberTel) and Online Bill Pay (CyberPay), NECU also offers ePay. E-Pay is exclusively for members who wish to make their loan payments using funds in a checking or savings account at another financial institution rather than a checking or savings account at NECU. With ePay’s secure and free electronic system, members can save both time and money when compared to writing checks, mailing payments or visiting a branch. Whether it’s a one-time payment or recurring payment, there’s never been an easier way to pay from accounts you hold outside NECU.

Here are some of the features and benefits of ePay:

·  Set up one-time payments or recurring payments

·  One-time payments can be scheduled up to 35 days in advance

·  Make payments on consumer loans, credit cards or mortgage payments

·  Receive notification if payment is cancelled, modified or returned

Did you know you can access your paid checks online? CyberTel gives you the added confidence of tracking your checks, after they leave your desk.

• View and print copies of paid check images. 

• Verify to whom a check was written, the date it was written, and the amount of the check.

• View up to 3 months' worth of check images (front and back) by clicking on the check number.
