Daniel Raposa, Jr.

Dan comes to the Foundation with over 35 years in fundraising and philanthropy experience. As the Executive Director, he leads the Foundation in its efforts to support Northeast Credit Union’s mission to enrich and nourish the lives of others. He develops Foundation programs and sustains funding to enhance strategic community involvement in the areas of food insecurity, access to affordable housing, and educational support. Hailing from York Harbor, Maine, Dan joins the Foundation after serving as a vital member of Northeast’s Supervisory Committee where he was responsible for the oversight and safeguard of the members’ assets by ensuring the credit union was operating properly. Additionally, he provided advice, assistance, and support to the Board of Directors in its supervision of credit union operations.

Parker

Chris Parker

Chairman

With over 27 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, Chris is a seasoned executive who thrives on awakening possibilities through curiosity, collaboration, alignment, and partnerships. Having spent 14 years at Partners Federal Credit Union, part of The Walt Disney Company, Chris brings a wealth of experience to his current role at Northeast Credit Union. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and regularly speaks on behalf of the Credit Union industry. Chris holds a BA in English from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Kate Shabram

Secretary

Kate is a skilled administrative professional with a passion for community impact. She joined Northeast in 2019 and supports the Executive Team with organizational and multitasking abilities, while also fostering productive relationships. Kate serves as Secretary on the Northeast Credit Union Foundation Board of Directors, drawing on her administrative expertise and passion for community impact to support the Foundation's mission. Despite having no prior financial industry experience, Kate's dedication to Northeast's mission and culture has made her an integral team member. She strives to make a difference in the lives of others both in and out of the workplace.

Gordon

Neil Gordon

Treasurer

Neil joined Northeast in 2022 and is responsible for the oversight of Finance and Accounting, providing organizational leadership and formulating corporate financial strategies and policies. Neil brings a genuine give-and-take approach to achieve broad success in highly matrixed environments, leading agile transformations that drive profitability and revenue for the credit union. Neil serves on the Board of Directors, as Treasurer for the Northeast Credit Union Foundation. He recently served as Board Member and Treasurer of the Shawn Thornton Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping find cures for Parkinson's and cancer. He graduated Magna-Cum-Laude from Suffolk University with an MBA in Finance, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Economics from Boston University.

Russell Hilliard

Director

Russ, a native of New Hampshire, is the senior partner at the Upton firm. He specializes in commercial and insurance litigation, professional discipline, and alternative dispute resolution, representing various clients. Russ is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a former professor, and a visiting lecturer. He and his wife do volunteer work for the Lutheran church in Tanzania every year. Russ is a founding member and honorary lifetime member of the Hopkinton, NH Rotary club. He lives in Portsmouth with his wife Jo and has five children and seven grandchildren.

Andrea Pruna

Director

Andrea brings her expertise to Northeast Credit Union since 2011, where she is responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that expands markets, products, services, and partnerships. She oversees Business Development, Marketing, and the Northeast Credit Union Foundation, which positively impacts the community by advancing the mission of nourishing and enriching lives. Andrea holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.S. in Business Administration from EAFIT University in Medellin, Colombia.

James Teetzel

Director

As the CEO and Founder of Wilcox Industries Corp, James W. Teetzel is the driving force behind the company's success in manufacturing top-of-the-line tactical equipment for the defense industry. With an impressive portfolio of over 253 US and foreign patents, he continues to lead Wilcox's 225,000 square foot operation in Newington, NH, which boasts a workforce of over 350 highly skilled employees. Under his visionary leadership, the company has created multiple teaming partnerships, both domestic and abroad, and has successfully expanded its reach to over 28 countries worldwide. With a steadfast commitment to quality and innovation, Wilcox Industries Corp is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of the defense industry, and James W. Teetzel is at the helm of this exciting journey.
