Identity Theft - Helping You Stay Focused on What's Important

As a trusted neighbor in financial services, securing our members' personal and financial information is a top priority at Northeast Credit Union. To assist our members in the event that their personal information is ever compromised, Northeast Credit Union has partnered with Identity Theft 911 - a nationally respected resource for providing identity theft protection education and one-on-one identity theft victim assistance. Identity Theft 911 is a FREE service to our checking and credit card members.


Learn how to protect yourself and your family. And if you do get victimized, you will receive:

  • A personal advocate who works with you one-on-one, start-to-finish to restore your identity
  • Systematic notification to credit bureaus, creditors and collectors, government agencies, and all other relevant parties
  • All phone calls and preparation of documents needed to resolve your identity theft
  • Comprehensive case file creation to assist law enforcement and insurance
  • A 3-in-1 credit report
  • A full year of weekly credit monitoring and fraud monitoring for victims of true identity theft
  • A full year of threat alerts, proactive tips, education, and follow-up calls to avoid recurrence
