Chris Parker

President & Chief Executive Officer

Chris is an accomplished executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. His professional purpose is to awaken the possibilities with others through curiosity, collaboration, alignment, and partnerships that create profound impact. Prior to joining Northeast Credit Union in 2021, Chris worked for 14 years at Partners Federal Credit Union, part of The Walt Disney Company. Chris speaks regularly on behalf of the Credit Union industry. Chris is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a BA in English from the University of South Florida and earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Chris currently serves on the board of directors for The Monarch School of New England in Rochester, NH helping the school fulfill its mission to support students to reach their greatest potential.

Neil Gordon

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Neil joined Northeast in 2022 and is responsible for the oversight of Finance and Accounting, providing organizational leadership and formulating corporate financial strategies and policies. Neil brings a genuine give-and-take approach to achieve broad success in highly matrixed environments, leading agile transformations that drive profitability and revenue for the credit union. He graduated Magna-Cum-Laude from Suffolk University with an MBA in Finance, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, in Economics from Boston University. Neil currently serves on the board of directors for Footprints Food Pantry, in Kittery, ME whose mission is to reduce the impact of hunger in the region and to share resources and support the lives of those in the community.

Ken Lawrence

Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Ken joined Northeast in 2022 and oversees the entire technology infrastructure of the credit union. Ken leads information security and business services, while ensuring efficient and accurate banking applications and remote technologies. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Information Systems, Ken’s storied career includes spearheading the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and applications for large-scale, globally distributed data centers, creating IT security teams, and providing Special Operations support to the United States Army for 15 years as the Director of Corporate Security, Infrastructure & Architecture.

Kelly McGrath

Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer
Kelly joined Northeast Credit Union in 2018. She ensures that the strategic direction and execution of the organization’s revenue is optimized and is aligned with Northeast’s commitment to nourish and enrich our members’ lifelong financial wellbeing. She is responsible for all revenue producing functions at the credit union, including Lending, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management. Kelly is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, Michigan and holds a B.S. in Business Management, with a minor in Finance. She currently serves on the Board at Octant Business Services, a jointly owned credit union service organization (CUSO) that provides high quality, affordable, safe and sound business lending products.

Sean McNair

Senior Vice President & Chief Experience Officer
Sean joined Northeast in 2022 and oversees the credit union’s digital strategy. Within this role, Sean works to further develop the digital roadmap to enhance the member experience across all touchpoints with an innovative approach that always circles back to best-in-class service. Sean also leads the Digital Banking, Project Management, Product Innovation and the Member Care Center. Sean has over 15 years of experience in the financial services, consumer retail and agency sectors where he became a trusted mentor and coach of cross-functional and engaged teams. Through the growth of his career, Sean has established a known ability to develop a culture of innovation and constructive risk taking. Sean is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.

Andrea Pruna

Senior Vice President & Chief Growth Officer

Andrea joined Northeast Credit Union in 2011. She is primarily responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise growth mindset and strategy focused on expanding markets, products, services, and partnerships within and beyond current geographies. Overseeing Business Development, Marketing, and the Northeast Credit Union Foundation and its impact to the community in the advancement the organization’s mission of nourishing and enriching lives. Andrea holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business, and a B.S. in Business Administration from EAFIT University in Medellin, Colombia. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for The Chase Home in Portsmouth, helping them advance their mission to help at-risk children, youth and their families live happier and healthier lives.

Lee Schafer

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Lee joined Northeast Credit Union in 2021. He is responsible for the Operations and Governance functions. Lee’s focus is on Northeast’s Mission and Strategy and nourishing our members and employees through process improvement and automation, leadership development and advocacy. Lee also serves as the Credit Union’s lead counsel; he earned his JD from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York and his BA from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Traci Tenggren, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Traci joined Northeast Credit Union in 2016 as Vice President, Human Resources, promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. She is responsible for enterprise strategy, cultural transformation and change management through implementation and oversight of Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B), Talent, Total Rewards, Internal Communication, and Learning & Development (L&D) strategies. She serves as the Chapter President of Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA), where she is dedicated to their mission of enhancing the professional growth of their members by advancing the skills and competencies in the field of Human Resources. Traci is a graduate of the University of Maine, with a Bachelor of Science, in International Affairs/Economics.
